01. WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET STARTED?
Your specialist will require a tri-merge (three bureaus) report to review. If you do not have one available, our consultant will direct you to where you can obtain one. **To promptly facilitate our processing, we will also require personal identification such as: a document of your current address, a document of your Social Security number, and a VALID form of identification.**

Duration of our services varies due to different factors on each individuals report such as the number of items present on the report and the response time from credit agencies. The duration of services will also depend on your personal goals. Review of your report will help us provide you with a better assessment of your unique situation based on your time frame and goals.
04. CAN YOU PROVIDE COPIES OF THE LETTERS SENT TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES?
No. Letters sent to the credit agencies on behalf of our clients are proprietary information. We hold exclusive rights to these letter. We will, however, provide status updates upon request. You will also receive responses to our disputes from the credit bureaus, original creditors, and collection agencies which will provide further details of the items disputed and the results.
